The Indianapolis Apartment Association (IAA) recently held their Maintenance Mania event – a day focused on the dedicated and hard-working maintenance staff that provides a vital, invaluable service to the multifamily industry. Each year, the IAA Maintenance Mania event features: a meal, interactive games, lectures, industry vendors, and an awards segment where Maintenance Mania awards are presented. This year, Barratt Asset Management was both excited and honored to receive the “Spirit Award” at the 2018 IAA Maintenance Mania event!
BAM appreciates every member of our team – the BAM Fam – and enjoying the 2018 Maintenance Mania day was a great experience. Our BAM Fam members had a terrific time seeing the various vendors, enjoying fun games and good food, and were very honored to have our team receive this year’s Spirit Award. At BAM we strive each day to provide excellent service at our properties, and our maintenance team definitely deserves the praise for the hard work they do! Even more exciting is that this was the first year BAM participated in the IAA event. We look forward to some great competition and next year’s Maintenance Mania!
BAM has always been proud to go above and beyond industry standards by investing in our maintenance team. We know that the hard work, odd hours, and bad weather are their own challenge and we appreciate our team members for thriving under tough conditions and being such an asset to the BAM team. At BAM we enjoy offering appreciation times for our maintenance team: we will often provide lunch, have team members take half-days, and find other ways to show our gratitude for the fundamental part they play in the BAM Fam and making our properties such a success.
