What a difference a year makes! Last year, BAM was excited to announce that we’d hit #22 on the IBJ’s Largest 25 Indianapolis-Area Multifamily Property Management Firms. This year when IBJ released their list, we’d climbed all the way to #16.
Notably, Barratt Asset Management is the second-youngest firm to rank on IBJ’s list, while also 5th among firms which focus on only Market-Rate. We appreciate the work, dedication, and effort from our talented team that led to receiving such high praise in our industry! As we’ve revealed on our Press page, BAM has had a busy and successful 2017/2018. We’ve acquired properties from down south in Evansville with Abbey Court and expanded into Ohio with our December acquisition of the Mad River Apartment community. We announced just this March that BAM has acquired Fountain Parc in Indianapolis, a 241 unit, garden-style apartment community. These thriving and appealing communities are just the latest additions to BAM’s already-impressive portfolio.
